Week 3 (18 May - 25 May)

It was a little tough at work so my progress with my goals are slower than expected. Right now, I have started creating my portfolio. I have finished putting up my artworks, as well as one of my UX projects from last term.

I have found this course in Udemy: https://www.udemy.com/course/ultimate-guide-to-ux/. I am still thinking if I want to do it, or if I will buy another course that is more specific to a certain area of interest.

Because of networking, I got a few clients for this week. Yay! A friend from work asked me to make a poster, flyer and business card for his egg business in the Philippines and he was so happy with the design. My manager from work referred me to an alteration shop owner to redesign her website. I have been thinking of how to revise it as it is in Shopify.

For this week, I realized that career planning and networking is very important. I have attracted clients because of networking which proves that building connections is as important as being creative.
